About Nick Ingram
I am an experienced strategy facilitator: working with teams and individuals to help them think clearly about their strategy. Coherent and creative thinking is the best way to have a meaningful impact on the world.
I have been facilitating strategy workshops for leadership teams in the commercial, Government and not-for-profit sectors for over eight years. The foundation of my skills comes from the rigorous training in thinking that a Pure Mathematics degree provides, as well as twenty years in financial services and business.
My commercial clients span a range of industries, including: general insurance; banking; superannuation; engineering; mining; and tech start-ups.
Your ability to translate discussion into simple concepts – statements – diagrams is genuinely terrific – the clear thinking name you use fits perfectly!
– Rebecca Stephens – Executive General Manager Advisory Business Services Suncorp

My Government work straddles the Federal, State and Local levels.
I have also deliberately set aside space to work with not-for-profits. These clients are often the most challenging, because they face true strategic issues around purpose as well as difficult prioritisation decisions. Some of my not-for-profit clients include: a domestic violence network; an indigenous micro-finance organisation; a range of independent schools; an indigenous ear-health start-up in WA; and an economic development organisation in the Philippines.
I started work in the late 80s writing programs to price interest rate options at Macquarie Bank. I went on to hold technical and general management positions at AMP, Westpac and CommSec.
I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Pure Mathematics. My thesis was on a branch of logic called Intuitionism.
