Clinton: “love trumps hate”
After last week’s stunning speeches at the DNC, indulge me, please, with one more post on the US election. I’ve had people ask me a few times to say how I think Clinton crafts her narrative and how she answers the “worldview questions”. (If you need context on this, read the original post on narrative here. And the post on Trump’s answers from last week here.)
Well, after Clinton’s speech last week, here is my take on the narrative she inhabits:
Clinton worldview questions
In a sense, these questions are kind of academic – in many ways Clinton actually embodies her own narrative, simply by being the first woman presidential candidate of a major US political party. Just by being who she is, she speaks powerfully of the American dream.
